  • 21 Aug 2024
  • 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Sydney Zoom

CC: teacher recommended an eye test, Year 3. (+) headaches and sore eyes when reading, starts after a few mins, words go fuzzy and ?double (+) parents have noticed that their child has difficulties concentrating and sometimes skips words when reading. (+) teacher has also mentioned to them that their child takes longer to copy text from the board... Who is more worried - the parents or you who is about to do a BV work-up while frantically recalling those vision therapy management plans taught in university?

Fret not! In this interactive webinar we are fortunate to have our panel of optometrists; Rose, Megan and Celine discuss practical tips and pearls for children’s eye exams, the diagnostic criteria for BV conditions, VT techniques and how you can incorporate it into your practice. As this is an interactive webinar with cases requiring peer discussion, please make sure you have a functioning microphone and video for the event.
