Graduated from UNSW School of Optometry and Vision Science in 2011. She is the co-owner of a full-scope independent optometry practice in Sydney. She has previously worked in multiple independent optometry practices, in mobile school clinics and is a clinical supervisor at UNSW Optometry Clinic. She has an interest in paediatrics, ocular pathology, ocular therapeutics and neuro-developmental optometry.

She is currently working in a corporate optometry practice in Sydney and assists with the organisation and running of NSW Outback optometric services. She has an interest in ocular pathology, ocular therapeutics, paediatrics and myopia management.

She currently holds an eye health project officer role at a not-for-profit organisation, and practices as a locum in various practices across Sydney. She has strong interests in shaping and delivering meaningful eye health and health outcomes.

Yeghia Gharibian

Graduated from UNSW School of Optometry and Vision Science in 2020. He is interested in all facets of optometry including ocular disease and the role of the optometrist within the health system. Yeghia’s interests drove him to complete a post-graduate certificate in Public Health and Leadership in Eye Care with the Australian College of Optometrists in 2021.
